Expert Operator System mode/practice/technology
The scientific-intellectual work called Expert-Operator System (EOS) is the development of a universal model of development – Leader-Follow Model – for practical use. These were discoveries of the 1970s and 1990s in the Soviet Union by Dr. Boris Zolotov, and they were born in a young discipline, cybernetics.
Problem Solution: Many complex and large-scale software programs and complex technical systems have been created before, which are capable of receiving and processing a large number of data. However, they are not capable of watching the world and its effects on man without human intervention. In principle, it is possible to create such automated systems, but their development, creation and maintenance is also very costly, too slow and continuously developed. Living creatures, humans, and all of them are potentially capable of doing everything necessary to raise their own level of development.

Human oversight is not only needed to create and control these systems, but also to be able to survive without their machines, only through the development of their own talents, to stay alive and to work with their environment.

The process of changing complex systems is adaptation. This man must be taught and should receive the most support.
The cybernetic definition of development
The process is based on a series of quantitative and qualitative changes based on universal laws. Quantitative changes are material in nature, but qualitative changes can be explained by changes in information. Development can only take place if qualitative changes can occur. The development of the material is nothing but a change in its properties, which occurs when the information stored in the material is changed. Information change is also an energy-intensive process, so developmental processes can be described as space-time energy information changes.

Boris Yevgenyyevich Zolotov (November 20, 1947 – December 25, 2015), a Russian mathematician, is a cybernetic.

Boris Zolotov had studied at the Moscow College of Energetics and had a higher level of technical education and worked at the Oceanology Institute at the Far East Science Center of the Soviet Union Academy of Sciences. After defending his dissertation, Boris Zolotov received many offers. Russian Polytechnologist J. P. Velihov suggested addressing the creation of a controlled thermonuclear reaction under special circumstances.
The Russian academician, L. D. Fagyeyev, asked to develop new chapters in mathematics, because by that time Boris Zolotov had already developed a considerable amount of mathematical chapters.
J. I. Marcsuk, a Russian academician, called for the development of the medical mathematical model of human immune systems.
Since B. J. Zolotov was a specialist in complex systems, he was able to deal with modeling any process in any field of science. This science is called cybernetics. Zolotov also worked for a long time as a member of a psychoanalytic group. This group worked under the Bureau of the Academy of Sciences and addressed issues that were termed “Insoluble”. He was also a scientific consultant at the Russian Ministry of Culture.
At the Oceanological Institute Boris Zolotov worked for a long time with dolphins and whales, with the aim of making them partners in the ocean conquest. Based on this work, he developed the new principles of contact, understanding, and new relationships with the world. He also dealt with cosmic problems, he worked on A. Leonov’s astronaut’s thermal scaffolding, participated in the creation and operation of the instrumental equipment of cosmic technology, and the elaboration of equipment for the production of large titanium castings and other supernatural materials that used to be the world’s largest atomic submarines and also worked on reactor protection equipment.
Kirill Korotkov and Sergey Avdeev – students of Boris Zolotov, developers a new study system for the EOS method (more precisely a technology system) and developed new tools for education and other development areas. Like his master, he works and teaches through the synthesis of art and science and associative processes.
